A duplex overlooking the beautiful Port Hacking River in Burraneer. This project being a duplex consisted of two properties with underground basement car park for 4 cars,
This project being a duplex consisted of two properties with underground basement car park for 4 cars, with internal lift, four bedroom, two living rooms, two bathrooms on each side with a big backyard and inground pools.
We constructed this with a mixture of concrete, brick and blockwork with a lightweight top floor construction. Finishes include internal fireplaces, custom kitchens with laundries, timber floors and a mono stringer staircase. Designed by Jamisa Architects, interior design by Michelle Morris Interiors.
