About Us
Creating a name that is close to our hearts is My Thred Built, being short for My Three Daughters is a family owned business based in the sutherland shire.
Builder Dan Payn, a 3rd generation builder in the Sutherland shire starting the Journey in 2000 as a young apprentice carpenter working for his father building residential houses, unit blocks and commercial properties throughout Sydney.
DAROOK PARK
This home became a milestone for Dan and saw the start of My Thred Built, previously working on our clients last 2 homes while working for his father, Dan was keen to take this project on.
As this house was originally purchased as the “Lantern house” featured in the top 100 houses in the world, after about 20 years it was time for a total refit, and turn this house into a beautiful hamptons style home for the family to enjoy for a lifetime.
