Creating a name that is close to our hearts is My Thred Built, being short for My Three Daughters is a family owned business based in the sutherland shire.
Builder Dan Payn, a 3rd generation builder in the Sutherland shire starting the Journey in 2000 as a young apprentice carpenter working for his father building residential houses, unit blocks and commercial properties throughout Sydney.
Our History
2008
Dan leave the guidance of his old man, and “Dan Payn Constructions” was born. Starting with smaller projects, and sub contracting to other local builders, the business grew rather quickly taking on new homes and major renovations, came the start of the duplex boom.
2013
Dan partnered with his brother in law to keep up with the high demand of the construction industry and saw “Buildup Constructions” take off and quickly grew to over 50 staff. Working together for 10 years and being a household name in the shire.
2023
Dan took on a new major renovation project in Darook Park Rd Cronulla, where a new found love for architectural homes was created. Working closely with award winning architects “Innovate Architects” and interior designer “Studio AEM” in this beautifully created home saw Dan aspire to a new look on the industry, with Dan see the potential to work at a whole new level of a higher standard and craftsmanship to move on and create “My Thred Built”.
Creating a smaller team taking on only 2 or 3 projects at a time sees Dan working even more closely with the clients to achieve the dream result you first set out to accomplish.
